Return Policy
MSRA Tournament and Special Event Entry Fees are fully refundable up to the Tournament or Special Event Cutoff Date. Refunds shall be issued
by check or, by preference, via the payment method utilized. Should a player cancel or withdraw at any time after the Tournament or Special Event Cutoff Date, the player shall receive 100% credit towards any future MSRA Tournament or Special Event.
Privacy Policy
The MSRA respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. All of us on the Board are fellow players and treat your information no differently from how we treat our own. This Privacy Policy describes the ways the MSRA collects, stores, uses and protects your personal information. You accepted this policy when you joined the MSRA or signed up for an MSRA service or event. The MSRA may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on www.msra.net and any revisions will be effective as of the date and time of posting. The Privacy Policy was last modified on December 9, 2009.
The MSRA periodically collects personal user information such as name, address, phone number and email addresses during the process of registering users for MSRA events or the squash-related events of MSRA partners such as local clubs. We may use this information from time to time to contact users to publicize MSRA events, the squash-related events of MSRA partners or to conduct market research in order to improve MSRA events and services. Under no circumstances will the MSRA sell, lease or otherwise share ANY personal user information with a third party. Credit card numbers are used at the Point of Sale and are not stored by the MSRA. Any user information collected is stored in full compliance with all applicable US federal and state regulations and the MSRA uses current information management safeguards to protect personal user information.
