| The MSRA has some simple league guidlines which help ensure that the season runs smoothly.
| Top 10 Things for League Captains to Know and Do |
| TEAM REGISTRATION |
| 1. |
Create your roster online by Oct 9. You must have seven players (current MSRA/US Squash members) registered by Oct 9 to be included in the schedule. You may add additional players during the season. |
| 2. |
Players must be current MSRA/US Squash members to compete. Remind your players to renew memberships. It is impossible to enter match scores for a player with expired membership. |
| 3. |
Players may only be registered on one team roster.
Two exceptions:
- A woman may play on both a women's team and a men's team
- A player may be registered as a 'sub' for a higher level team, and play up only three times per season.

| MATCH PLAY |
| 4. |
Absolutely no reschedules are allowed. The MSRA will double-default the match if we learn of a reschedule.

| 5. |
All scoring is PAR-11 (Point a Rally, to 11 points) this year, for all divisions. |
| 6. |
You must enter scores within 48 hours of match, or the match will be automatically defaulted. It is the winning team captain's responsibility to enter
scores or delegate to co-captain/opposing captain.

| 7. |
Defaults: any team with three team defaults' (where two players defaulted in one night) will be expelled. |
| COURTS & SCHEDULING |
| 8. |
Once match schedule is final (Oct 19), reserve courts and share schedule with club pro and players.

| 9. |
Host captain is responsible for reserving and arranging for court payment. (If you are hosting on your courts but its actually an 'away' game,
reserve the courts and collect money from opposing 'home' team.) |
| 10. |
Captains should exchange lineups and court times three days before match. |

Captain's Responsibilities
Register team with MSRA League Chairs by Sept 30
Register roster at Leagues Online website by Oct 9
Ensure players are US Squash/MSRA members, and membership remains current throughout season.
Reserve courts for home matches.
Coordinate rosters and match times with opposing team captains.
Arrange for court payment (if applicable) for home matches.
Enforce wearing of protective eyewear.
Enter match results at Leagues Online website within 48 hours of match completion.
Know and follow league rules.
